Xnote P420, P210: LG Slim Notebooks For South Korea


LG has announced about two new slim notebooks for South Korea market during CES event early this year. P420 and P210 are two names for the slim series notebooks that comes with difference specifications.

LG P210 notebook carry 11.6mm width, 20.9mm thickness and 1.3 kg of weight. Powered by Intel ULV processors, you will get either Intel Core i3 or i5 and 4GB of RAM.

LG Xnote P420, on the other hand, is powered by Intel 2.6GHz Core i5-2540M processor, NVIDIA GeForce GT520M with dedicated 1GB VRAM, 640GB hard drive, 6GB RAM and has slim bezel with a 14-inch screen size and LED Backlight display technology.

No info on availability and pricing outside South Korea yet.

HTC FLYER Android Tablet: 1024×600 Touchscreen, 5MP Camera, 1.5GHz Processor


HTC also introduces its new Android 2.4 tablet called HTC FLYER. The aluminium unibody design Android tablet is powered by 1.5GHz processor, FLYER comes with 32GB internal storage, 1GB of RAM, 7-inch touchscreen display supports up to 1024×600 resolution, 5MP auto focus camera, and a 1.3MP front-facing camera with a microSD cards slot.

You will get Bluetooth 3.0 and WiFi 802.11b/g/n for connectivity, while compatible networks including 3G/HSPA and quad-band GSM/EDGE mobile networks. You could also use HTC Watch video download service for enjoying online video contents and OnLive cloud-based gaming service.

Dell Streak 7 Android Tablet Heading to T-Mobile


Dell is going to release the Streak 7 Android tablet device, following the original Streak Mini 5. The new Streak 7 features a 7-inch multitouch display with Gorilla Glass, a 5 Megapixel auto focus camera with flash, and a 1.3 Megapixel front camera for video chats. Heading to T-Mobile USA on 2 February for $199.99 with 2 year contract, the tablet supports the carrier’s 3G and HSPA + 4G networks (2100/1900/AWS/850).
